We are looking for: Commercial Project Manager,

You’ll make an impact by:

·       As a Commercial Project Manager, all financial and contractual issues during the proposal phase and during the realization of our projects are part of your span of control.

·       You are primarily part of the quotation team that is responsible for producing a good quotation.

·       During the realization of projects, you will be part of the project team and together with the project manager you will ensure that the project objectives are met.

·       In this position you will be working in a department that is working hard to make the energy transition a reality, both nationally and internationally.

·       During the quotation phase, contribute to the preparation of an estimate and the quotation.

·       As part of a team, review and negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers.

·       Coordinating supporting processes (insurance, credit check, taxes).

·       In addition, as Commercial Project Manager you will also be involved in the execution of these projects. Hereby your activities mainly consist of:

·       Financial and contractual management during the realization of the projects.

·       Supporting the Risk & Claim strategy.

·       Displaying correct and timely management information in order to make timely adjustments.

·       Preparing Forecast/budget information with regard to the projects.

·       Calculating, negotiating and supervising changes.

·       Conduct and take part in regular project reviews - and be able to contribute on key commercial topics, e.g., actual vs forecast on key financial KPIs including overall outlook on revenue, EBIT, cash flow etc.

·       In this role, you will also be collaborating with world commercial project managers of our centralized Data Center organization in Germany and Netherlands.

·        Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a finance related field

·       5- 8 years of experience working in a project-based business in a controlling or project finance related position

·       Certified CPM S/C at Siemens.

·       General knowledge and understanding of project controlling, accounting / finance, contract & subcontract management, and supply chain management. 

·       Experience working on project/product teams supporting multiple projects and project managers and/or line managers.

·       Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally between departments.

·       Analytical and detailed oriented; ability to systematically work through complex topics.

·       Exceptional communication skills

·       Proactive and results oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize dynamic work activities. 

·       SAP and SAP Business Warehouse

·       MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - with advanced Excel skills.
