At Siemens GBS, we focus on delivering innovative services that drive value creation and enable our customers to accelerate their business transformation. Our Regional Process Office (RPO) is dedicated to improving and digitalizing internal business processes for regional and global customers.

We are seeking a Business Process and Technology Lead - Business Excellence Management. In this role, you will be responsible for Leading, analyzing, optimizing, and digitalizing business processes to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities?

·       Strategic Advisor: Provide expert guidance to management, identify and implement business improvement programs, manage productivity, and lead internal digitalization initiatives.

  • Opportunity Identification: Analyze processes, assess feasibility, and collaborate with business process owners to uncover and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Benchmarking and Implementation: Benchmark against best practices, implement local and global initiatives, and ensure alignment with Siemens standards.
  • Technology Expertise: Demonstrate interest and know-how in technologies like Robotic Process Automation (RPA/RDA), Business Intelligence Tools, Low-Code Applications, and Generative AI.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and participate in process optimization and design workshops as part of an agile project team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Communication Skills: Exhibit strong communication skills, with fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Siemens experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Profit and Loss responsibility previous experience is required.

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Educational Background: Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Lean Six Sigma or Agile certification is preferred.

  • Technology Enthusiast: Inspired by new technologies, with a passion for continuous learning and adaptation.
  • Proactive Mindset: A proactive, early adopter with basic knowledge of algorithms and coding.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work cooperatively with both local and international teams.
