Your mission will be…

We are looking for a Business Data Analyst to join our Digital Products & Internal Process Improvement Team, which supports both business planning activities and the development of digital solutions within the organization.

·       Building up tools allowing process automation of business processes and reporting activities, with a focus in KNIME;

·       Create Digital Products, recurring to a flexible technological stack, for internal distribution, focusing on scalability;

·       Analyze and review reporting capabilities for enhancements in support of Financial Performance Reporting;

·       Integral part of projects to streamline the reporting landscape and improve data visualization and transparency;

·       Administration of databases (Excel, SQL) to host controlling data;

·       Build datasets to augment and enhance reporting capabilities;

·       Consolidation of financial reports from more than 10 regional companies across SWE, CEE and AFR;

·       Support in monthly reporting tasks.

We are looking for someone with…

·       University degree in Finance, Management, Data Analytics or equivalent, focusing in Data Analysis and Digital;

·       At least 3 years of professional experience in related field;

·       Fluency in English - spoken and written knowledge;

·       Excellent knowledge of MS office, of which Excel is mandatory (VBA knowledge is an advantage);

·       Experience with KNIME for automation;

·       Knowledge of SQL and/or Python is an advantage;

·       Knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is preferred;

·       Understanding of relational databases and hierarchical data schemes;

·       A team player, fast learner with ownership of own processes.
