We’re thrilled to announce that we're hiring a DevOps Engineer in our Genoa office. The role of the ALM team consists of delivering and supporting Tools & Services for Digital Manufacturing Development teams. Our DevOps Engineers are excellent communicators, resilient, collaborative problem solvers who thrive under pressure.

You'll make a difference by:

• Design, Develop, and Maintain: Carve the future by architecting and enhancing our DevOps infrastructure. Your expertise will drive efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Customize ALM Systems: Dive into the heart of our development lifecycle! Customize and optimize our internal Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and tools.
• Automate Everything: From code deployment to monitoring, you’ll be the wizard behind the curtain. Automate DEV and OPS processes to streamline workflows.
• PM & Audit: Coordinating project management activities and utilising your experience in cyber security and quality audits to ensure our standards are met.

Your success is grounded in:

• DevOps Experience: Curious, customer-focused approach who can fluidly navigate between Development and Operations, as this position goes beyond a traditional DevOps role. enhance our DevOps processes and drive improvements that streamline our workflows.
• ALM Tools: Proficiency with ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Polarion. You’re the go-to person for streamlining collaboration and tracking.
• Communications: Confident with public speaking, your presentation skills (English and Italian) will be required when presenting ideas clearly and persuasively to audiences.
• Scripting Skills: Whether it’s shell scripting on Linux or PowerShell on Windows, you’re a scripting maestro.
• Cloud Savvy: AWS is your playground. Terraform you have this covered too.
• Cyber Security: This isn’t just a buzzword for you. You understand its importance and weave it into everything you do.
• Containerization: Docker and Kubernetes are your allies.
• CI/CD Magic: Gitlab, Jenkins, and YAML Builds in Azure DevOps. You’ve got the spells to make them work seamlessly.
• Coding: JavaScript, Lucene, and Velocity for Polarion development
• Atlassian Suite: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
