Agile Project Manager - Manufacturing Digitalization

We’re looking for an Agile Project Manager to join our team and help deliver our projects successfully. This person will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.

As a member of the automation and digitalization team you will:

• Lead and manage automation and digitalization projects from inception to completion using Agile methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify and mitigate risks and resolve issues promptly to ensure project success.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging team collaboration and innovation.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage and track project progress and performance.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, preferably in automation or digitalization projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Agile (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
• Project Management Professional Certification – (PMI-PMP) is a plus.

• The pay range for this position is $72,380 - $124,080. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
