Please find below a brief about the Job roles and responsibilities for the aforementioned positions.

PHP Yii Developer:

Eligibility: 

• Should have minimum 1yr hands on experience in PHP coding with Yii framework.
• Preference will be given if you also have knowledge in Laravel, CakePHP, Wordpress and other open source frameworks in PHP.
• Should have done customization and trouble shooting on the aforementioned frameworks.
• Should be an Autopilot and be able to deliver work on time with minimum inputs from the Reporting Manager.

Salary Range: 1. 8 lacs to 3.5 lacs

Job responsibilities:

• Hands on experience in Core PHP along with working exposure in HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, bootstrap, JSON, APIs and mod-rewriting.
• Should take responsibility to develop website using core PHP or MVC and also manage Web Based Application using Open Source systems.
• Should be expert in coding, testing your own code and deploy the website / Web application on time without any bugs and errors.
• Should know techniques to optimizing code, queries, functions, and MySQL databases to improve the performance of website/application
• Excellent conceptual, analytical and programming skills with knowledge of Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) concepts with Smarty and AJAX.
• Good experience in Relational Database Management Systems, Database design, Normalization.
• Preference will be given if you hold working knowledge with Open Source like Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Wordpress, OSCommerce and other open source ecommerce system.

Sr. PHP Web Developer:

Eligibiliy

• Should have minimum 3 - 5 yr hands on experience in PHP coding with MVC Architecture 
• Should have worked with PHP framework like Laravel, CakePHP and Yii
• Should be able to handle the queries and doubts of PHP interns and PHP Developers.

Salary Range: 3.5 lacs to 6 lacs

Job responsibilities:

•  Mentor and lead a team of junior developers.
• Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects.
• The Sr. developer will lead developers; Apart from this he will/ can be involved in the coding activities besides the team management role. All necessary support will be provided for smooth execution of projects.
• The senior developers will keep a track and reviews on existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
• Must be able to advise ways and means to obtain performance metrics of applications and optimize applications.
• Must possess excellent attention to detail and be able to familiarize and quickly learn new Software/ framework/ languages/ technology with ease.
