Role Summary: React Native Developer
As an React Native developer, you will work on the apps used by multiple million Shop Your Way members, applying theoretical principles of computing and algorithms for advanced user experience, integrating web services for interactive service flow, and deploying and distributing the apps to our members. You will work closely with the mobile team, product managers, UX architects, and UI designers everyone to bring the best social shopping experience to life. Responsibilities:
- Building React Native iOS / Android applications.
- Architect, build and maintain excellent React Native applications with clean code.
- Implement pixel perfect UI's that match designs.
- Implement clean, modern, smooth animations and transitions that provide an excellent user experience.
- Integrate third-party API's.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Work with native modules when required.
- Mentoring and coordinating with other React Native developers, QA professionals, and a designer.
Requirements:
- Experience designing, implementing, debugging, refactoring and testing end-to-end, React Native iOS / Android applications.
- 5+ years of professional experience working with React Native.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience with Mobile applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native , Node development.
- Experience using React, React Native, React Dom,JSX, ESLint, Jest, Snapshot native testing library
- Experience with multi-threaded development.
- Experience in consuming REST/SOAP Web Services and parsing JSON and XML content
- Good to have knowledge of Swift, Objective C, Kotlin and Java.
- Good to have knowledge of applications releases to the Apple and Google Play stores.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
- Ability to take extreme ownership over your work.
- An understanding of React Native best practices and a commitment to following them.
- Ability to work through new and difficult React Native issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
- Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of React Native applications.
- Maintaining good practices of TDD, continuous integration and code review.
- Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
