What you'll do...
As a Tech Team Lead, you will help guide the effort in driving the team that focuses on automating the decision flows in our software stack. Your key missions would be to drive software practices around the implementation of our decision automation framework, which includes both UI and API parts, and ensure its usability, efficiency and reliability for the teams that will use it.
More specifically in this role you will:
- Mentor and grow some software engineers in your squad
- Participate in code reviews frequently and provide technical direction to the engineers
- Drive technical projects and provide guidance in an innovative environment
- Be accountable for the planning, implementation and delivery of intricate technical products
- Be data driven and create the right frameworks within the organization to measure and deliver results
- Collaborate with product management to ensure alignment between product and technical strategy
- Collaborate with the Data Scientists to ensure that we provide them efficient tools and guidance, to allow them to deliver on time
What you Bring...
- You have a first experience in management, with one or more people
- You have experience with large scale system design
- You have experience working with agile methodologies
- You are used to drive multiple projects at a time and prioritize tasks accordingly
- You have cross functional collaboration familiarity
- You are proactive and take ownership of your work
- You often come up with innovative ideas to find a solution to intricate problems, and know how to get your teammates behind them
- You are excited about the challenge of delivering excellent service to our customers
- You can communicate clearly in English
