SharkNinja Headquarters is located in Needham, Massachusetts with additional office and labs domestically and around the world. The Senior Lead, Real Estate Project Management role is responsible for leading and managing real estate projects from inception through completion. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, developing, and managing budgets and timelines, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering projects that meet the desired quality standards, budgets and schedule of SharkNinja.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in managing multiple construction projects simultaneously that are local and remote. They must be flexible with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and can pivot strategies as needed. They must be resilience, be able to handle setbacks and challenges with a positive attitude, demonstrating perseverance and tenacity. They must approach problems with a solution-oriented mindset, encouraging creative and innovative thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Development:
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
    • Collaborate with end users, SN leadership, SN project partners, architects, engineers, furniture suppliers and other professionals to define scope and create executable plans.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
    • Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues promptly.
    • Clearly articulate the vision and direction for the team and organization.
    • Make informed decisions promptly and confidently, even in challenging situations.
    • Motivate team members throughout the project process and show enthusiasm for the work, and the requirement to meet all project objectives in a swift and effective manner.
    • Conduct regular meetings and updates to keep stakeholders informed of project status and milestones.
    • Take responsibility for actions and decisions and hold team members accountable for theirs.
  • Budget and Financial Management:
    • Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimates, financial forecasts, and funding requirements. Participate in annual capital planning process.
    • Competitively bid vendors and negotiate and execute contracts.
    • Monitor project expenses and implement cost control measures to stay within budget.
    • Maintain project budget documentation for submission to Finance.
    • Ensure timely validation of all invoices and payment terms
  • Communication
    • Develop and foster effective relationships internally and externally.
    • Work collaboratively with others in Corporate Services.
    • Continuously strive to improve processes, practices, and vendor relationships to create efficient means for accomplishing goals, on time, and under budget.

Skills Required:

Must be self-motivation with an ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaboratively to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent time management, prioritization, collaboration, people, communication, presentation, reporting and numerical skills with the ability to deliver optimum outcomes under pressure and within established timelines. Needs to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable and flexible.

Experience and Education:

12- 15 years relevant work experience in Facilities planning and project management. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, desirable not mandatory.
