As a Software Engineering - Developer at ServiceNow, you will lead in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software solutions. Your work will be pivotal in our business, delivering value to stakeholders faster than ever. Attention to detail and quality commitment will be crucial for our products' success.
Using design documentation and functional programming specs, you'll implement identified components, ensuring they are documented, unit-tested, and integration-ready. You'll architect solutions, test code, and build CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- Experience in the design and implementation of enterprise IT environments across all architecture layers.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Proven experience in implementing and customising the ServiceNow platform.
- Minimum 7+ years of development experience working with the ServiceNow platform
- Hands-on experience in ITOM modules and other basic modules like ITSM, CMDB, Virtual Agent etc.
- Hands-on experience on Automation in Infrastructure domain(Network, Systems, Security, Cloud etc) and also using ServiceNow ITOM modules – Event Mgmt, Cloud Management, HLA, Discovery, CMDB etc.
- Hands-on experience in implementing various integration using REST, SOAP, Integration hub, store apps and plugins etc.
- ServiceNow mainline certification(s) – CSA/CAD/CIS-ITSM
- Proficiency in ServiceNow platform components like business rules, client scripts, UI policies. UI actions, Form designer, Flow designer, ACLs etc.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience on AI/ML and building solutions for IT Domain.
- Create interactive and engaging software demonstrations that showcase the platform's capabilities
