We are currently searching for a Senior Backend / Sr Fullstack Developer (.NET Core / C#):

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET Core backend applications and REST APIs.
• Develop business logic using clean, scalable, and maintainable coding practices.
• Design and optimize SQL Server databases, queries, stored procedures, and indexes.
• Apply SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, Design Patterns, and Dependency Injection.
• Design and work with Microservices and distributed systems.
• Implement authentication, authorization, API security and exception handling.
• Work with messaging services such as Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Develop unit/integration tests and participate in code reviews.
• Troubleshoot complex application, database, and production issues.
• Work with Azure cloud services, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET Core/.NET.
• .Net Core Web API and REST API development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Functions, App Service, Service Bus, Key Vault & Application Insights.
• Entity Framework Core & LINQ.
• Strong SQL Server experience and query optimization.
• Clean/Layered Architecture & Dependency Injection.
• Microservices and distributed systems concepts.
• Async/Await and asynchronous programming.
• JWT / OAuth and API security.
• Git and CI/CD Pipelines.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."

Desired

• Nice to have expertise in Node JS, Azure Databricks, Typescript, Redux, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PostgreSQL.
• Power BI dashboard and PBI Service integrations.
• Experience on Gen AI Tools, Open AI API integration and Analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
