We are currently searching for a Cloud Architect:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Design scalable, multi-domain solutions and overarching enterprise architecture patterns.
- Define and implement developer workflows, onboarding models, and "golden paths" to enhance Developer Experience (DevEx).
- Architect and build reusable assets, including templates, starter kits, and scaffolds, to standardize delivery and eliminate one-off implementations.
- Design and automate robust CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and infrastructure-as-code provisioning.
- Implement secure and scalable DevSecOps practices across the development lifecycle.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, guardrails, and reference patterns while conducting architecture reviews.
- Manage and optimize developer tooling, including GitHub and Azure DevOps repository strategies.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Security teams to translate architecture into actionable guidance.
- Develop comprehensive onboarding assets, developer guides, and knowledge repositories.
- Establish continuous feedback loops to improve automation, patterns, and platform adoption.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Strong background in enterprise-scale software engineering and system design.
- Hands-on expertise in CI/CD design, automation, and release workflows.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (compute, networking, identity, and data integration at scale).
- Proven track record of building reusable architectural patterns and accelerators.
- Hands-on experience with developer tooling (GitHub / Azure DevOps) and repository management.
- Strong understanding of secure DevSecOps practices and environment provisioning.
- Excellent communication skills to align cross-functional teams and translate technical standards.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Platform engineering experience and exposure to multi-tenant SaaS architectures.
- Experience integrating AI/GenAI development patterns.
- Familiarity with observability integration and advanced deployment pipelines.

- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
