We are currently searching for a Business Process & Integration Engineer:
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and identify automation opportunities.
- Translate requirements into technical solutions quickly and independently.
- Design, build, test, and deploy workflows and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automation solutions with minimal supervision.
- Build integrations using APIs, ETL, and enterprise tools.
- Support testing (unit, integration, UAT) and fix defects quickly.
- Troubleshoot production issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Create technical and process documentation.
- Own solutions end-to-end with high autonomy.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in workflow automation, integration, or data engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Azure (Data Factory, Functions, integrations).
- Strong experience with Snowflake (data pipelines, warehousing).
- Strong Python programming skills for automation and data processing.
- Experience with APIs, REST, ETL, system integrations.
- Experience with SAP CPI (mandatory or strong equivalent integration tool experience).
- Full SDLC experience (build, test, deploy, support).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver quickly.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between "coding" and "engineering."
Desired
- Regrello / Blueprint experience.
- Other workflow tools (, Power Automate, UiPath, Camunda, Appian).
- CI/CD and deployment automation.
- BPMN or process modeling.
- Azure Functions / serverless experience.
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English.
- Advanced Spanish.
