We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Team Leader (at least 5 of relevant experience) to join our small and highly skilled team. 

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Scrum, C++ and Linux and must have the passion to learn and integrate new technologies to our micro-services ecosystem. 

 In this role, you will: 

• Lead the execution of new features development. From design to field test. 
• Facilitate the scrum teamwork of 5-7 talented and experienced software and QA engineers 
• Hands on coding - Advantage 

 You will be expected to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment, should be a people person, have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, as well as strong profiling skills. 

Requirements

•  Experienced (and love) software development 5+ years 
• Scrum experience 
• Experienced with C++ and Python 
• Experience with Object Oriented Design 
• Experienced working with Linux 
• Strong technical knowledge and passion to learn more 
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
