What will you do?

The IT Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting India led projects and initiatives across our GTM Applications stack, with a key focus on SFDC and related applications in support of the development, deployment and testing. Additionally, this individual will ensure effective communication and follow-up with stakeholders, solution engineers, developers, and administrators, to help bring initiatives to closure, on time and on budget. This role will also focus on driving process improvements, enhancing project delivery, and resolving technical debt.

 

Project Coordination:

  • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close enhancements as well as small to medium-sized projects.
  • Coordinate with Application Leadership and Product Managers to align project plans, timelines with available resources
  • Coordinate and lead project meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment among team members.
  • Track project progress and performance, ensure requirements have been defined and documented, obstacles and blockers are removed, developers and business stakeholders are completing their activities and tasks so that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Key delivery of new and in-flight projects, including (but not limited to): SFDC Permissions Clean-up, Testing Tool deployment (AccelQ), DevOps tool full rollout and documentation (GearSet), Integration projects (Workato), etc. 

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Drive follow-up and communication with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure project alignment and progress.
  • Gather and document requirements from stakeholders and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to Applications Leaders and Product Managers.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project delivery and operational efficiency., including partnership and coordination with L1 support and Applications team.
  • Work with Applications Leaders to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate requirements across apps pillars (GTM, Finance, People) to seed PMO/Process team for Jira adoption and best practices

Technical Debt Resolution:

  • Collaborate with development teams and Application Leaders to identify and prioritize technical debt across the application stack.
  • Track and report on the progress of technical debt resolution efforts.

What skills & knowledge should you bring?

  • Good understanding of Go to Market space
  •   Level of education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills to address issues and walk users through resolution
  • 2-3 years Salesforce support experience (nice to have)
  • Highly motivated, independent and thorough, with the ability to identify problems with strong analysis skills, and develop solutions
  • Strong communication, customer service, and change management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira/Confluence
  • Robust problem-solving skills and excellent troubleshooting skills.
