About this role:
Sensor Tower seeks a Manager of Data Operations with experience in product management to join our Innovation and Strategy team as it continues to grow and scale. This pivotal role is a mix of data and product management as it supports clients and practitioners with data delivery while seeking opportunities to streamline and transform our data operations with the next generation tools.
The Innovation and Strategy team delivers custom enriched advertising and app data to some of our highest value clients, and the person in this position will manage the current tools and processes necessary to enrich and deliver the data perfectly at a regular cadence while being part of the team that will manage change as we upgrade our tools for 2025 and beyond.
Base Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
What You'll Do
- Learn our current data operations end to end with the final goal of identifying opportunities to transform and adapt for future scalability and growth.
- Create and manage the data models necessary to successfully deliver custom data for our current and future clients.
- Work closely with other team members to understand current workflows and processes. Coordinate with our engineering team to plan, design and execute on the next generation tools to help us optimize and scale up our operations.
- Support and grow our data quality function to ensure all data deliverables meet our rigorous quality standards.
- Lead the expansion of the Data Operations Strategy team as we continue to grow.
Who You Are
- Experienced in Project/Program management and tools.
- Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets modeling wizard, and not shy to showcase your skills.
- Beyond Excel, you have a solid understanding of ETL processes and know your way around SQL queries, Python scripts and other tools to make yours and others jobs easier.
- You have experience writing db code in a variety of languages and can QA code to ensure it’s error free.
- You can think strategically. You can look at the big picture and plan for future growth and scale.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and can work with diverse cross functional teams to get things done.
- You are excited to join an entrepreneurial culture dedicated to high speed growth in a very competitive industry.
- You’re a self-starter with a high degree of motivation, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Extra Credit
- Experience with JS, React, tagging tools like Label Studio.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, and others.
- Education/background in computer science or statistics.
