IATF 16949 Quality System Engineer

Job Description

1. Be responsible for the establishment of the IATF16949 quality system:

(1) Prepare and revise system documents such as the quality manual and procedure documents

(2) Conduct training for internal auditors in each department of the company

(3) Take new products as the starting point to promote and guide the implementation (implementation) of the IATF16949 quality system in each department (rollout)

(4) Supervise, guide and maintain the operation of the system, follow up on the closed-loop management of issues, and promote continuous improvement of the quality system

2. Be responsible for internal audits of IATF16949, customer audits, and third-party audits, track and promote the rectification and closure of issues

3. Be responsible for the controlled management of system documents

4. Be responsible for some other tasks of the quality department (such as: inputting quality data, etc.)

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)

2. At least 5 years of experience in quality management of automotive parts

3. Proficient in IATF16949 quality system, capable of independently drafting and guiding system documents, and following up on their implementation. Have experience in compiling IATF 16949 quality manuals and procedure documents, and be able to lead the compilation of IATF 16949 quality manuals and procedure documents

4. Familiar with quality tools such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC

5. Capable of improving process quality in accordance with IATF16949 requirements

6. Strong communication and coordination skills

7. With IATF16949 internal auditor qualification and experience in establishing the IATF16949 quality system, preferred
