You Will
- Design, build, and maintain core backend infrastructures
- Architect scalable, modern, cloud-native flows
- Own backend systems from design to deployment and monitoring
- Help shape backend standards and long-term technical decisions
- Collaborate in fast-paced, daily brainstorming with a technical founding team
Our Tech stack spans multi-language backend, cutting-edge infrastructure, and cloud-native systems - all built by a fast-moving team that runs lean and thinks sharp.
Requirements
- 6+ years of backend development experience
- Deep understanding of software architecture & performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Proficiency in Python - for designing and running production backend systems
- Experience with data systems / ETLs, and real-world production loads
- Comfortable working autonomously, but also collaborating tightly with a small team
Bonus Experience
- Strong background in Data Engineering, DevOps or distributed systems - advantage
- Fluency in at least one more major backend language (e.g. Go, Node…) - advantage
- Work involving LLMs embeddings, or neural network inference pipelines - advantage
- Projects involving Video Analytics NNs / Classic Algos (Computer Vision) - advantage
- Previous experience in early-stage startups or building 0→1 systems - advantage
