Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Software Quality Manager pour superviser et garantir la qualitĂ© des logiciels dĂ©veloppĂ©s dans le secteur ferroviaire. Vous intĂ©grerez une Ă©quipe d’ingĂ©nierie passionnĂ©e, oĂč vous jouerez un rĂŽle clĂ© dans l'assurance qualitĂ© de solutions logicielles critiques pour des systĂšmes complexes.

Missions principales :

  • DĂ©finir et mettre en place les stratĂ©gies et plans de qualitĂ© logicielle.
  • Garantir la conformitĂ© des logiciels aux normes de qualitĂ© en vigueur (CMMI, ISO, etc.).
  • Collaborer avec les Ă©quipes de dĂ©veloppement pour identifier et corriger les dĂ©fauts logiciels.
  • Conduire des audits internes et externes, et assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
  • Mettre en place des outils et des processus d’amĂ©lioration continue pour optimiser la qualitĂ© logicielle.
  • Assurer une veille technologique et rĂ©glementaire sur les Ă©volutions du secteur et des standards qualitĂ©.

Qualifications

DiplĂŽme d’ingĂ©nieur en informatique, systĂšmes embarquĂ©s, ou similaire.

Expérience significative en gestion de la qualité logicielle dans un environnement industriel, idéalement dans les secteurs ferroviaire, automobile, ou aérospatial.

Maßtrise des méthodes et outils de gestion de la qualité logicielle (CMMI, ISO, etc.).

Excellentes compétences en gestion de projet et en communication.

Capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire et à animer des audits qualité.

MaĂźtrise de l'anglais (Ă©crit et oral).
