Job Description

Contribute to the success of the industrialisation phase and series production start-up of POE parts and systems by ensuring the best compromise between product / process / services / design, in compliance with business processes and standards upperbody, acting as a relay between Valladolid and Palencia:

  • Identifying problem areas with the industrial team in Valladolid
  • Passing on issues and problems to the project team at the Technocentre
  • Coordination to ensure that issues are processed properly by the project and business teams at the Technocentre
  • Monitoring the application in the factory of decisions and technical modifications made by the project teams.
  • Ensuring that the layout of bodywork equipment components is in line with the project schedule.

Mission:

  • Updating of hard points, problems and issues identified in the Palencia plant
  • Coordination of the treatment of these problems in Central with a table tracking actions, drivers and dates
  • Steering and ensuring the technical convergence of parts suppliers during the industrialisation phase.
  • Validate the product feasibility/design success with the support of the central business line.
  • Guarantee, in phase with the architecture, that parts are developed in accordance with the CdC and business standards and to converge and propose optimisations.
  • Provide technical support and leadership for the project (problem solving) during the industrialisation phase.

Qualifications

  • Technical bachelor degree
  • Experience on a similar position
  • Expertise in product design / automotive processes: digital modelling, knowledge of vehicle assembly processes, knowledge of automotive project planning
  • Experience on POE parts
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in project management
  • Organized person, attentive to details
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of English and/or French is required.
