Job Description

Join a dynamic team at SEGULA Technologies, an international engineering group dedicated to enhancing competitiveness across major industrial sectors. We are currently seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the production of electric buses and ensure the successful delivery of projects. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of electromobility and contribute to sustainable transportation solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• Manage Project Activities: Effectively animate and manage various entrusted activities, ensuring continuous follow-up on budgets to maintain project financial health. 

• Coordinate Electrification Deliverables: Oversee and ensure the timely delivery of electrification milestones. This includes listing electrification deliverables and developing and tracking release document planning. 

• Monitor Electromobility Components: Attend project reviews, prepare reports for upper management, and closely follow electromobility component schedules to ensure project milestones are met. 

• Complete Customer Documentation: Conduct expertise level analysis on system architecture, including FMEA, functional analysis, and product validation, to ensure comprehensive customer documentation. 

• Ensure Compliance with Electromobility Requirements: Verify adherence to electromobility guidelines in 2D, 3D, and assembly line processes to maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance. 

• Address Project Open Points: Analyze and resolve open point issues on prototypes, specify and follow testing requests on EMO components, and participate in testing and manufacturing reviews to ensure project success. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing or engineering environment (preferably in the automotive or transportation sector). 

• Strong understanding of electromobility concepts and components. 

• Organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

• Communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite. 

• Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory compliance standards. 

• Problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
