Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of projects focused on full automation systems with robotic devices integrated into the car seat assembly line from the ground up. This role requires strong project management skills, a solid understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position is based at our Voderady plant, with no remote work possibility. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the full project management lifecycle for the integration of robotic automation systems into the car seat assembly line. 

• Define project specifications, timelines, and scope for robotic device automation. 

• Collaborate with purchasing to select suppliers for the robotic tools and devices. 

• Monitor the progress of tool development and manufacturing, ensuring alignment with project milestones. 

• Maintain budget controls and manage resources effectively to keep project costs within limits. 

• Oversee the installation and incorporation of robotic tools into the assembly line, ensuring seamless integration. 

• Ensure that project goals and milestones align with company standards and client requirements. 

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience, ideally within manufacturing or automation projects. 
• English language proficiency at B2 level. 
• Solid understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems. 
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple project aspects effectively. 
• Willingness to work on-site in Voderady; remote work is not possible for this role.
