Project Engineer(Wiring Harness)

Job Description

• Oversee the integration of wiring harnesses into vehicles,
• Quickly adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies,
• Present project management updates at each phase transition,
• Manage and document project modifications (financial and technical) in collaboration with the project team, obtaining approvals from the vehicle lead engineer as needed,
• Organize and lead regular meetings with project teams and suppliers, ensuring distribution of meeting minutes and follow-up on actions,
• Conduct technical evaluations and manage supplier communications to maintain project alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field,
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience in the automotive industry,preferably with experience in wiring harness project management,
• Proficient in project planning, time management, and resource management,
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach,
• Ability to work effectively across engineering disciplines and coordinate with suppliers throughout the project lifecycle,
• No military obligations for male candidates.
