Stellenbeschreibung
Technisches Bindeglied zwischen dem Kundenprojekt und den Linienprozessen
- Verfolgung der Entwicklungspakete bis zur Serienreife bzw. Kundenabnahme
- Durchführung von Risikobewertungen/-meldungen und Risikominimierungsmaßnahmen
(technische und Projektrisiken)
- Einsteuerung Versuchsaufträge, Berechnungsaufträge und EG/ECE Homologationsaufträge
- Überwachung des Zero zu PET Prozesses
- Ableitung und Abwicklung von Sondermaßnahmen
Beratung des Gesamt-Projektleiters/Programmleiters und System Engineers bzw.
Vertriebsleiters hinsichtlich technisch sinnvoller Realisierbarkeit von Fahrzeugkonzepten
- Definition des PEP-Projektauftrag, -Umfang und Vorgaben für Projekte gemeinsam mit dem
Projektauftraggeber
- Unterstützung des Systemingenieurs bzw. Vertriebstechnikers bei Formulierung und
Bearbeitung komplexer Entwicklungspakete
- Optional, je nach Projekt: Teilnahme an Project Reviews
Die eingesteuerten Fahrzeugkonzepte plant, steuert und kontrolliert er/sie im Rahmen des
Produkt-Entstehungs-Prozesses federführend.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Standards in der Projektqualität (Zeit, Kosten und
technischer Standard)
- Er/Sie berichtet gemäß PEP-Projektstandards an die PEP Gremien
- Er/Sie übernimmt in Personalunion die Entwicklungs-Teilprojektleitung als fester Bestandteil Projektes
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Maschinenbau oder KFZ-Technik
(Hochschul- oder FH-Studium, HTL oder gleichwertig erworbene Erfahrung in einem automobiltechnischen Berufsfeld (KFZ-Meister, o.ä.)) - Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Auslandserfahrung von Vorteil
- PM Zertifizierung (IPMA, PMP, GPM oder ähnliches) erwünscht
- Erste Führungsverantwortung von Vorteil
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
- EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, branchenübliche Pakete, PDM)
- Fahrzeugtechnik
- Projektmanagement, Projektplanung
- Interkulturelles Verständnis
- Teamfähig, belastbar, flexibel, durchsetzungsstark

Zusätzliche Informationen:
Die Gehaltsspanne für diese Position bezogen auf die Erfüllung der angeführten Anforderungen beträgt in der Gehaltsstufe F/G : € 3.600;- bis € 4.400;- brutto monatlich bezogen auf Vollzeitbeschäftigung (Kollektivvertrag für Fahrzeugindustrie).
Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Möglichkeit einer Überzahlung.
