Job Description

• Technical leadership of electric drive development activities, including coordination with Tier-1 suppliers

• Definition, coordination, and management of system and sub-system requirements for EDS (Electric Drive System)

• Development of software architecture and support for system integration, configuration, and diagnostics

• Mechanical design of EDS housings and driveshafts using NX

• Support concept design and vehicle packaging feasibility studies

• Verification of technical drawings and management of engineering changes (ECR/ECN)

• Creation and analysis of DMU (Digital Mock-Up) models and reports

• Tracking supplier data and ensuring design maturity throughout development phases

Qualifications

• Experience in electric drive systems (EDS), e-motors, or similar powertrain components

• Strong knowledge of mechanical design (NX) and/or software architecture for embedded systems

• Experience with requirement management tools (e.g., DOORS) and diagnostic software is a plus

• Understanding of system integration, vehicle packaging, and supplier coordination

• Experience with Teamcenter (BOM management, CAD data handling)

• Ability to perform technical analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration

• Fluent English (mandatory)

• Experience with ASPICE, DFMEA, and DVP processes is considered an advantage
