Job Description

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Ensure product/process development or industrialization according to department rules and specifications adapted to his scope, in compliance with regulations, the legal obligation of the General Product Safety and  Design System of the client and suggest optimizations
  • Ensure the robustness of the product/process design
  • Technical support for designers, preparation engineers, industrial facilities contract managers, logisticians, quality analysts, etc. in carrying out their activities
  • Guide or manage developers in achieving their deliverables
  • Manage his/her team to achieve  Module QCD objectives
  • Manage part of Digital simulation activities which are necessary to ensure project development within QCD and TEI constraints
  • Capitalize Digital  know-how in product/process development
  • Coordinate a group of P/P Designers through results analysis, roadblocks identification, and proposal for solutions to drive technical definition convergence to ensure Customer Performance convergence
  • Validation of the specification of parts by the team leader delegation
  • The signing of plans by team leader delegation
  • Synthesis files on technical convergence and progress (design scope for IM)
  • Quality update ANPQP database for milestones and JPOC follow-up for POI
  • Quality and planning documentation
  • Documentation of NDL/ DAISI/ Check-List, GRP, NRL / RFNM, EQM. Assessor
  • Initiate technical Documentation into Opep
  • Creates representatively matrices for “Prototypes and Pre-series”
  • Manage LUP resolution

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar position 1-2 years
  • Catia, NewPDM
  • Geometry (HCPP/PDJ/CDC)
  • Check metier (RTC/NRL/Regulatoryr+SGP)
  • Use of REVS and/or ONEVAL tools
  • ANPQP: rules and procedures of the tool/data extraction and processing
  • Prism/VQP
  • Matsub
  • Steering project schedules and their convergence 
  • Document structure, BOM and parts, breakdowns, MTC, etc. (SIGNE, One-View: One-TD)
  • Upstream Phase Knowledge (RFQ) (CF-VPC)
  • Knowledge in the Development Phase (convergence) (VPC-TGA)
  • Knowledge in the Industrialization Phase (map) (TGA-MA)
