Stellenbeschreibung
Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Komponenten und Baugruppen im
Automotive-Umfeld. Ihr Fokus liegt auf der technisch sauberen Umsetzung von Konzepten in serienreife
Lösungen unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, Kosten und Fertigbarkeit.
- Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen im Fahrzeugumfeld
- Erstellung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von 3D-CAD Modellen und 2D-Zeichnungen
- Auslegung von Komponenten unter Berücksichtigung von Funktion, Kosten und Herstellbarkeit
- Durchführung von Toleranzanalysen und technischen Berechnungen
- Abstimmung mit angrenzenden Fachbereichen (Entwicklung, Produktion, Qualität, Lieferanten)
- Begleitung von Prototypenaufbauten sowie Tests und Validierungen
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Termin-, Qualitäts- und Konstruktionsrichtlinien
- Pflege und Verwaltung von Datenständen in OEM-Systemlandschaften
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (>3 Jahre) in der Konstruktion im Automotive-Umfeld
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Creo Elements/Pro und/oder CATIA V5
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Baugruppen und Entwicklungsprozessen
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
