Join Our Team as a CAD Engineer Junior (less than 3 years of experience) (Design & Release Engineer)

Are you ready to drive innovation in automotive design? We're looking for a dynamic Design Engineer to join our passionate team!

About the Role:

As a Design & Release Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and enhancing components for our vehicle families. From concept to validation, you'll play a pivotal role in specifying, testing, validating, and releasing parts that meet our high-quality standards. Your expertise will contribute to resolving component failures, proposing cost reductions, and driving efficiency in production processes.

    Qualifications

    Requirements:

    • Fluent in English for technical discussions.
    • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Familiarity with quality tools and GD&T.
    • Proficiency in product design software like NX, CATIA, or SolidWorks.
    • Advanced knowledge of batteries engineering and manufacturing processes.
    • 1 years of experience in the automotive industry (OEM or Tier 1)
    • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
    • Support assembly plants with assembly and operation tests.
    • Coordinate DFMEAs and PFMEAs with suppliers to ensure quality and reliability.
    • Use design software (e.g., NX, CATIA, SolidWorks) to create and evaluate models.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to develop parts according to process standards.
    • Analyze and resolve component failures and durability issues.
    • Design, specify, and validate exterior trim components.
