Descripción del empleo
- Design and develop interior vehicle components, ensuring they are visually appealing, ergonomic, and manufacturable.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings, applying GD&T specifications.
- Take part in design reviews and integration meetings, sharing your ideas and expertise.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all program requirements are met.
- Clearly document your design concepts, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
- Support change management and revision control processes to keep projects on track.
Requisitos
- More than 1 year of experience in the area
- Experience in design engineering, ideally in the automotive sector.
- Proficiency with Siemens NX and a solid understanding of SAE wiring design fundamentals.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Design preferred
- Advanced Siemens NX skills, including electrical routing.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
- Experience with Altair SimSolid and CAE principles.
- Excellent English communication skill

- Preferably candidates must reside in Toluca or near to this area.
- Modality: Hybrid, 3 days on site per week.
- Applicants must reside and be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
