Job Description
Program & Project Management
- Own full delivery of programs and projects, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain project plans, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee risk mitigation.
- Lead change management, governance processes, and stakeholder communication.
- Track performance, prepare reports, support decision‑making, and ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.
- Coordinate internal and external deliverables and represent the organization professionally.
Aircraft Modification & Technical Oversight
- Perform aircraft surveys and recommend modification or refurbishment solutions.
- Review engineering drawings, STCs, task cards, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage parts requirements, manpower planning, vendor coordination, and project data tracking.
- Prepare technical requests and ensure conformity with regulatory and company‑approved procedures.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in program/project management within complex, multi-disciplinary environments.
- Degree in Engineering, Aerospace, Business, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in MRO, aircraft modification, or large-component manufacturing.
- Strong financial skills in budgeting and forecasting.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
