Job Description

The role is to be part of a centralized CI/CD team, which has the mandate to help several development teams deliver their software. The main tasks are providing and maintaining automated testing and integrating solutions for development and deployment of ECU software, upgrading and maintaining the base infrastructure, as well as deployment of dashboards and alerts against different metric, for monitoring CI/CD infrastructure health.

Requirements 

• At least 7 years' experience from software development in large scale organizations 
  • Automation scripting with Python and you may also know (Bash, Batch, Groovy, Shell) 
• Experience from automotive  
• Very good understanding of the DevOps lifecycle (CI/CD) 
• Experience of working with CI tool chains. 
  • Experience with continuous integration infrastructure tools (Jenkins, Zuul, and similar), 
  • Experience in relevant tools and techniques is a plus (Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, etc) 
• Experience with Git, Gerrit, Docker, Ansible, Splunk, 
• Experience with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP). 
• Experience working with continuous integration tools and understanding of software 
  development workflow and processes. 

Meritorious 

• Prior experience working with C-code and able to read the code 
• Experience working with Linux/Ubuntu/CentOS 
• Canoe & Vector Products experience. 
• Working in an agile environment with agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban, Safe etc. 
• Some years experience from software development  
• Experience working with from Robot Framework 
• Experiance from Terraform 
• Experiance working with Artifactory or SonarQube 
• Working on Hardware Rigs.  
• Cyber Security knowledge.
