Job Description

We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to join our team and contribute to building the next generation of AI-driven solutions.

You will work in a collaborative environment with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to design and deliver scalable GenAI applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable GenAI solutions (e.g. document retrieval, entity extraction)
• Build applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG
• Experiment with new tools and approaches in Generative AI
• Apply data-driven evaluation methods to improve model performance
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into solutions
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and security in cloud environments

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Strong experience in backend development, microservices, and cloud platforms
• Proficiency in Python and Git
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM frameworks (e.g. LangChain, RAG, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with knowledge graphs (e.g. Neo4j) and data concepts
• Understanding of financial services is a plus
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
