We have a fantastic opportunity for Structural Engineer in the London.
As a Structural Engineer working within a regional surveying team, you will inspect domestic and commercial properties that have suffered damage from a peril and specify the reinstatement works required. Each instruction will involve detailed assessment, technical understanding, and clear translation of site findings into accurate specifications.
You will also manage contract administration duties, taking responsibility for the project management of agreed works under JCT. This will include preparing the specification, supporting procurement, monitoring progress on site, assessing variations, and ensuring works reach completion in line with scope, cost, and programme requirements.

These activities require strong technical judgement, structured thinking, and the ability to create reliable documentation from complex situations.
You will work closely with the Domestic and Commercial Loss Adjusting teams based in the London, with relationship‑building being essential to consistent communication, reporting, and case progression.
This role offers a valuable opportunity for a Chartered Building Professional who is looking to progress within a large organisation, gain experience across a broad range of property types, and develop a strong professional reputation through high‑quality technical work.
