About the Role
We’re seeking a Part-Time Salesforce Developer to support a set of strategic projects aimed at improving revenue reporting, automation, and account intelligence within our Salesforce Lightning environment. You’ll work directly with RevOps and cross-functional teams to write code, enhance functionality, and help us become more self-sufficient in managing Salesforce internally.
This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who thrives in SaaS environments, understands the workflows of GTM teams, and enjoys building clean, scalable solutions that directly support sales, marketing, and customer success.
Top Priorities & Initial Projects

Revenue Roll-Up Automation: Implement and deploy Apex code that rolls up revenue from line items to the opportunity level to enable blended revenue reporting. Support deployment and upskill internal resources along the way.

Margin Fee Restructure: Refactor formula logic to apply margin fees only to recurring revenue, overcoming formula character limitations via coded solutions.

Active Customer Tracking: Rebuild and enhance deprecated “Current Subscriptions” logic to accurately identify active customers.

Product Intelligence: Fix and optimize the “# of Active Products” logic to ensure accurate account-level product tracking in Salesforce.

Active Revenue Roll-Up: Create logic to roll up active revenue at the account level for reporting consistency and visibility.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain custom Salesforce Lightning solutions using Apex, Flow Builder, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions

Support and optimize Salesforce integrations with NetSuite, HubSpot, Outreach.io, Gainsight, and DealHub CPQ

Provide deployment support and coach internal users on best practices for future enhancements

Maintain and enhance critical fields, automations, and reporting tools that power our GTM engine

Troubleshoot, debug, and collaborate on technical decisions that impact multiple teams
Qualifications
-
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment

Advanced proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flow, and Salesforce Lightning development

Experience designing and optimizing custom objects, triggers, and performance-sensitive components

Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and third-party tools such as NetSuite, Outreach, HubSpot, Gainsight, and DealHub CPQ

Ability to document and explain customizations and collaborate with non-developers

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or Admin certifications a plus
Schedule & Commitment

~10–20 hours per week, depending on needs and availability

Compensation
-
$60–$85/hour depending on experience and certifications

Part-time W2 structure (no benefits)
