.NET Engineer

Our product HRnet is a leading Human Resources Information System (designed and developed as a Web application), covering Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Management, Travel management and other HR modules and processes.

We operate across 26 countries in Europe and are supported by a dedicated Centre of Excellence in Mauritius. We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team through the role of a .NET Developer to work on the development of our HR web application, HRnet.

About the role:

We are looking for an experienced .NET Engineer who is interested in long-term cooperation, working on complex business applications and becoming part of a professional software development team. You will contribute to the continued development of HRnet, our Human Resources web application, by building new functionalities, improving existing solutions, and helping shape future technical improvements.

Which tasks can you expect?

• Development and maintenance of software solutions supporting our Human Resources web application

• Work on large-scale, long-term projects within the SD Worx Croatia business environment

• Design, development, and testing of new features and future versions of HRnet

• Opportunity to propose and implement new technologies and improvements

What do you have to offer?

• Experience working on web-based business applications and related technologies

• 3-5 years of professional experience with .NET technologies, such as .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, and ASP.NET Web API

• Experience with MS SQL is considered an advantage

• Willingness and ability to learn, adapt, and work with new technologies and business domains

• A motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is beneficial
