Infrastructure Engineer

Our Infra team is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to help us build and maintain the core infrastructure behind our product.

In this role, your primary focus will be leading our cloud infrastructure and supporting the development team through CI/CD pipeline management.

You’ll play an important part in ensuring our systems are reliable, scalable, and secure, while working closely with developers and product teams to drive automation and streamline deployments.

This role is open to candidates based in Estonia.

What you’ll do

• Overseeing a multi-region cloud infrastructure, primarily focusing on AWS and EKS.

• Providing essential support to development teams by managing CI/CD pipelines and assisting with infrastructure configuration tasks.

• Maintaining optimal performance of infrastructure and services through diligent monitoring and proactive troubleshooting.

• Working closely with cross-functional teams to address deployment performance issues efficiently and effectively.

• Analyzing infrastructure utilization and implementing proactive measures to alleviate bottlenecks.

• Developing and maintaining automation and configuration management tools to streamline operations.

• Participating in the on-call rotation to address any urgent infrastructure issues promptly.

You’d be a great fit if you have

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.

• Background working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP and experience with Kubernetes and Helm.

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Ansible.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana, and with the GitOps approach using tools like ArgoCD.

• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Bash or Python, and hands-on experience building and running containers.

• Great communication skills – you enjoy collaborating with developers and helping improve shared workflows.

• Interest in learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.

Bonus points for

• Experience with developer portals like Port and Backstage.

• Experience with Go programming.

• Experience with OpenTelemetry.

• Knowledge of transactional databases such as MariaDB or PostgreSQL, including RDS.

The monthly gross salary range for this role is €3700-4500, depending on your experience and the level assessed during our interview process.
