💡 Overview

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer to take ownership of ScorePlay's mobile application, a key part of our product experience used by sports organizations worldwide. As our senior mobile engineer, you'll drive the technical direction and roadmap of the app, built almost entirely in React Native. This is a role for someone who wants both autonomy and impact, someone eager to own the mobile product end-to-end while collaborating across product, design, and backend teams.

🧠 What you'll work on:

1. Mobile Development

   • Design, build, and maintain our React Native application, ensuring a smooth and performant user experience across platforms.

   • Own the mobile architecture and make key technical decisions as the app evolves.

2. Product & Roadmap Ownership

   • Help shape the mobile roadmap in close collaboration with product and design.

   • Translate product vision into concrete technical plans and ship iteratively.

3. Performance & Reliability

   • Monitor app performance, crash rates, and user experience metrics.

   • Optimize for speed, stability, and scalability as usage grows.

4. Collaboration & Delivery

   • Partner with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver seamless features.

   • Help bridge the gap between mobile, backend, and infrastructure teams.

5. Quality & Continuous Improvement

   • Test, debug, and review code to ensure functionality, performance, and resilience.

   • Implement testing strategies and contribute to shared best practices across the team.

6. Technical Leadership

   • Lead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and sharing best practices.

   • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence and learning.

🧩 What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with strong expertise in React Native in a production environment.

• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.

• Solid understanding of mobile architecture, state management, and native module integration.

• Strong communication in English (French is a plus).

• You're based in Paris or nearby, and willing to join the team at the office at least 2-3 days per week.

• A mindset focused on quality, pragmatism and delivery.
