Project Management Intern

As a Project Management Intern, a typical day may include the following:

• Providing administrative support to the department and project teams, including scheduling and coordinating project execution deliverable, generating meeting minutes, preparing presentations, creating and maintaining action item lists.

• Learn fundamentals of project management, product development and business acumen.

• Assisting in maintaining accurate project files and project tracking records such as time reporting, financial records, schedules, budgets, and summary spreadsheets.

• Provide support to project managers in addition to engineering teams for product development support.

• Managing simultaneous, small projects as assigned.

• Providing support for large projects.

• Assist with the coordination of meetings, trainings and/or events.

• Perform special project as assigned.

This position may be for you if:

• You are a current student pursing a degree in Business or construction management.

• You are proficient with MS Office Word and Excel to perform basic word processing and spreadsheet functions.

• You are driven to learn new skills, able to be flexible and show initiative.

• You have strong writing, documentation, and speaking skills.

• You have excellent coordination, organization, and prioritizing skills.

• You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

• You are able to work cooperatively in a team environment.

• You have background check results satisfactory to SEL.

• You have negative drug test result(s).
