What will your role be? 

We are looking for a Vulnerability & Incident Management Specialist to perform the following activities: 

• Define and maintain the vulnerability management governance framework.
• Define requirements for vulnerability scanning, assessment, prioritisation and remediation.
• Establish risk-based vulnerability management and remediation SLAs.
• Govern the cybersecurity incident management process, including detection, escalation, treatment and closure.
• Ensure incident management processes meet NIS2 notification and reporting requirements.
• Monitor remediation plans, lessons learned and improvement actions.
• Produce KPI/KRI reporting for the CISO and management.
• Support security audits, NIS2/ISO 27001 compliance and cyber incident exercises.

Qualifications

What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies 

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally in vulnerability management, incident management or cyber governance.
• Good knowledge of NIS2 and ISO 27001.
• Understanding of vulnerability management and incident response processes.
• Experience working in complex/international environments.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work with SOC, infrastructure, cloud and IT teams.
