Desired Skill:
- 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE
- Hands on experience with Java based technologies, Spring, Hibernate, Microservices preferred, Containerization, CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery),
- Experience in increasing levels of responsibility managing applications development, solution design and delivery, and process improvement
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering. MS or Masters in Information Technology preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with other teams across the organization.
- Ability to work effectively and achieve results across functional areas in a work environment with a high rate of change
- System Integration: Experience building and deploying production-ready AI agents and multi-step model workflows.
- Data Lifecycle: Proficiency in curating high-quality datasets and using synthetic data to improve model performance.
- Performance Ops: Proven ability to monitor LLM outputs, mitigate hallucinations, and optimize for inference cost and latency
- Proficiency with shipping large scale distributed systems with components around data streaming (kafka), data storage (SQL, ElasticSearch, Redis)

Responsibilities:·
- Participate in requirements analysis
- Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
- Build product with AI first principles with AI-SDLC process.
- Implement AI driven product capabilities in application access and security
- Ability to start a program from scratch as well as maintain existing services
- Develop documentation throughout the software development life cycle
- Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support
- Follow the true agile principles

- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to):
> Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
> Incident Response Policy/Procedures
> Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
> Mobile Device Policy
