Senior Product Manager - SatSure (Bangalore)
The Senior Product Manager at SatSure will lead end-to-end product strategy, development, and growth initiatives across cross-functional teams. The role focuses on building impact data-driven products at the intersection of Agritech, AI, and space technology, driving adoption and customer success. Ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver passionate about innovation, user experience, and measurable impact.

SatSure is a global Earth intelligence company headquartered in India. Founded in 2017, SatSure owns the full Earth observation data value chain – from the upstream payload infrastructure to the foundational deep-tech and AI layers, to the downstream decision intelligence solutions. We work with private companies and government bodies across Agri-tech, Agri-banking, forestry, critical infrastructure, and aviation. Through our subsidiary KaleidEO, SatSure is building multispectral payloads for high-definition space imagery with edge computing capabilities, powering both sovereign and commercial applications.

Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you must work across multiple functions in the company to create the best experience for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Discovery
  • Identifying market opportunities with research and competitive analysis and integrating them into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
  1. Product Planning
  • Building the product strategy and roadmap in line with customers' problems and the company’s vision.
  • Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes to drive product development goals.
  • Building an effective roadmap to prioritize important features properly
  • Lead a strong cross-functional team comprising engineers, designers, business development managers, and data & geospatial scientists to drive product from conception to growth. This includes design, development, testing, release, and support.
  • Contribute to the product vision, together with the Director of Product and VP of Product
  • Communicate and evangelize your product vision internally and among the wider stakeholders
  • Be the voice of the customer, obsess over customer-winning outcomes, and translate it into product requirements
  • Consider the business impact, ROI, and other implications when making important decisions
  1. Product Development
  • Creating and overseeing development and project management processes.
  • Follow feature development end-to-end; provide guidance and feedback to engineers and designers
  • Developing and managing stakeholder relationships. Meeting regularly with all stakeholders, including product developers, marketing, customer service, finance, and company heads.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of various technical marketing collateral, including application notes, product/release notes, user guides, presentations, and marketing content.
  • Own the tracking of product adoption and growth metrics, ensuring continuous measurement, analysis, and improvement of product performance and customer engagement.

Qualifications:
  • B.Tech + MBA from a tier 1 college.
  • 6+ years of experience working as a Product Manager.

Must-Have:
  • Experience working on complex product releases with a product start-up, with a deep understanding of agile methodologies.
  • High problem-solving abilities, tech mindset to address a business problem via effective solutions, with a knack for data & numbers, and good user experience & design
  • Excellent communication skills
