Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect to serve as a strategic and hands-on partner in maximizing the effectiveness of our Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for evaluating the current Salesforce implementation, identifying opportunities to improve how the platform supports sales and service operations, and ensuring Salesforce is implemented and extended in a scalable, best-practice-driven manner.
The architect will work closely with Salesforce Administrators and business stakeholders to understand how Salesforce is being used day-to-day, identify gaps or inefficiencies in platform utilization, and translate those insights into well-architected solutions. This role balances platform enablement and business partnership with strong architectural governance and implementation discipline, ensuring improvements enhance business outcomes without introducing unnecessary complexity or technical debt.

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing Salesforce org, including:
Data model, standard and custom objects

Develop a prioritized roadmap that balances near-term business enablement with long-term platform health.
Define and document Salesforce standards and guardrails, including:
Naming conventions and configuration guidelines
Automation and integration patterns
Data quality and lifecycle management practices

Establish governance practices that enable innovation while preventing future technical debt.
Implementation & Delivery
Lead and execute the implementation of new Salesforce modules and capabilities (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom solutions).
Refactor or redesign existing configurations and automation to improve scalability, maintainability, and alignment with standards.
Design and implement integrations with external systems using APIs or middleware where appropriate.
Ensure changes are properly tested, deployed, and documented.
Collaboration & Knowledge Transfer
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent architectural alignment.
Mentor and support Salesforce Administrators by reinforcing best practices and architectural principles.
Produce clear documentation to support long-term ownership, maintainability, and operational continuity.
