Senior Developer Fullstack

If so, Sartorius invites you to be a part of our Application Foundation Services team as a Senior Fullstack Developer. This full-time role is located in our state-of-the-art Bangalore office.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• * You dive into both backend and frontend development, making significant contributions to our products and projects.
• * You work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, translate them into technical designs and improve application features 
• * You create and implement robust technical designs that enhance existing applications and drive new developments.
• * You implement and maintain automated tests to enable continuous delivery.
• * You participate in code reviews and peer programming sessions to maintain high coding standards and best practices.
• * You work in an agile product team collaborating with developers and product owner to refine and implement solutions and owning the service you and your team provide

What We're Looking For

• * You have at least 5 years of professional experience in software development with a strong portfolio of completed projects
• * You have an academic degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• * You have strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for backend, and expertise in React for frontend development.
• * You have strong expertise in developing REST-based APIs and in Open API standards, knowledge of other API standards like GraphQL is a plus.
• * You like to collaborate and align with your team to identify and implement the best solution.
• * You understood and practice Agile Software Development, have an open mindset for ideation and POCs as well as driving solutions that bring value for the users.
• * You are able to simplify and communicate complex concepts to a broad audience.
• * You are fluent in English; knowledge of German is an added advantage.
