In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung von technischem Wissen bei der Installation, Unterstützung und Wartung von MES-Anwendungen.
Das Team besteht aus neun Mitarbeitenden und freut sich darauf, mit Ihnen die Zukunft zu gestalten.
Der Job ist in Vollzeit möglich und erfolgt tageweise remote sowie vor Ort am Campus in Göttingen oder an unserem Standort in Berlin.

Sie sind verantwortlich für die Überwachung und Beantwortung offener Tickets, führen Fehlerbehebungen durch und leiten nicht lösbare Vorfälle an die zuständige Abteilung weiter
Dabei gehen Sie Problemen nach und stellen relevante Informationen zur Fehlerbehebung oder Klärung bereit
Auch außerhalb von regulären Geschäftszeiten leisten Sie Unterstützung, falls erforderlich, bei der Lösung von Systemproblemen
Sie überprüfen und führen Notfallwiederherstellungs- und Kontinuitätsmaßnahmen durch
Für die Verbesserung und Dokumentation der technischen Prozesse im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendungsunterstützung sind Sie verantwortlich
Abteilungsübergreifend arbeiten Sie an Änderungsanträgen/Erweiterungen mit und setzen Prioritäten bei den Themen
Die Installation, Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Anwendungsservern verantworten Sie
Sie sorgen für regelmäßige Verbesserungen der Anwendungsstabilität, -verfügbarkeit und -leistung in Abstimmung mit den internen Interessengruppen
Die Unterstützung bei globalen Einführungsaktivitäten sowie die Durchführung von internen Schulungen zu Anwendungsfunktionen und –nutzung rundet Ihr Aufgabengebiet ab
Das bringen Sie mit
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung, gerne auch mit einer entsprechenden Weiterbildung sowie nachweisliche Erfahrung aus einer vergleichbaren Rolle
Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-basierten Betriebssystemen setzen wir voraus
Sie haben bereits mit Siemens Opcenter, PAS-X oder einem anderen Manufacturing Execution System (MES) gearbeitet
Erfahrungen mit Programmiersprachen wie C#, Java, etc. und relationalen Datenbanken (MSSQL) sind wünschenswert
Sie sind erfahren in der Koordination von Aufgaben zwischen Teams, sowie in der Dokumentation und Erfassung von Aufgaben, Prozessen und Systemmanagementaufgaben
Sie sind in der Lage, mehrere Aufgaben zu erledigen, Prioritäten zu setzen und sich in Stresssituationen anzupassen
Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
