Grow with us – Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing projects while monitoring adherence to time, budget and quality
Defining project scopes and project KPIs based on key business requirements and initiating projects in collaboration with the business and IT demand management
Organizing project communication, reporting, escalation and decision making together with stakeholders at every level
Coordinating internal and external virtual project teams and assigning and coordinating work packages
Defining, monitoring and driving value creation through projects using appropriate key performance indicators and metrics
Ensuring a smooth transition of results from project mode into the organization of the line function
Introduce, improve and promote project management methodologies (classic, agile and hybrid) and best practices across the project community
What will convince us
You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on IT, (business) informatics, (business) engineering, or a comparable degree if preferred
This is complemented by several years of experience in IT and digital projects (ideally related to cyber security, SAP modules, manufacturing, cloud services, software development, IT infrastructure and operations, etc.)
Proven track record of managing projects using agile, waterfall or hybrid concepts
Certifications in agile and traditional project management frameworks would be an advantage (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN, PMP, PRINCE, etc.)
Experience with project cost management processes and reporting
You are characterized by your strong communication skills, as well as your structured and organized way of working
You are a team player, open-minded and work constructively and solution-orientated in conflict situations
Very good English and German language skills, as well as the occasional willingness to travel globally round off your profile
