What will you be doing?

Starting on day one, you'll dive into real-life product development, supporting companies in the financial services industry. You'll help enhance their speed, scalability, and cost efficiency by implementing digital business innovations and cloud technologies. Our solutions encompass everything from banking to insurance processes.

You'll work on actual projects alongside your mentors and colleagues, gaining hands-on experience in your field. Along with practical work, you'll participate in learning sessions to broaden your understanding and ensure you have a well-rounded view of our industry and your role. Requirements

Degree course:

· Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, information technology, physics, mathematics, natural sciences

Required hands-on project experience:

• Hands-on experience with Java gained through university projects, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.

• Experience developing backend applications and a good understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

• Familiarity with Spring Boot and building RESTful APIs.

• Experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL, including data modeling and writing SQL queries.

• Understanding of microservice-based architectures and modern backend development concepts.

• Experience with Kotlin is considered as a strong plus.

• Exposure to messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies is considered a strong plus.

• Experience with modern development tools and practices, such as IntelliJ IDEA, VS Code, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
