Outsystems Tech Lead (m/f) – BRAGA

We are recruiting an Outsystems Tech Lead who will be responsible for coordinating the development team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Lead the team in requirements analysis, design and implementation of technical solutions;
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into viable and effective technical solutions;
• Ensure code quality, performance and scalability of developed applications;
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members in defining and implementing technical solutions;
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans;
• Keep up to date with technological trends and apply this knowledge in decision making.

EXPERIENCE

• Development experience in Outsystems (minimum 5 years);
• Previous experience in team management;

EDUCATION

• Degree in IT, Management IT or similar;

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Knowledge in software architecture (cloud, on permissions, microservices);
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases will be valued, as well as programming languages ​​such as C#, Java, JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Proactivity and spirit of initiative;
• Ability to analyze and organize;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships and teamwork;
• Proactive attitude in managing the risks inherent to your day-to-day activities.
