WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Como Software Engineer, tu rol consistirá en:

  • Ser el experto técnico que interpreta las soluciones aportadas por los Solution Design y las trascriben a los lenguajes de programación y parámetros necesarios que generan los componentes técnicos integrados en las Soluciones diseñadas.
  • Capaz de detallar las funcionalidades requeridas, desarrollando los servicios y operaciones que forman su aplicación y/o integrando estas soluciones con otros componentes de otras aplicaciones.
  • Tus soluciones SIEMPRE se validan por los SOLUTION DESIGN para garantizar su alineamiento con las políticas de desarrollo establecidas en el Grupo Santander.
  • Igualmente, tus soluciones SIEMPRE deben superar los Quality Gates definidos por los equipos de CISO y QUALITY SERVICES que, desde un punto de vista de SEGURIDAD (S-SDLC, CISO), TECNICO (QA-T, Performance Test, Stress Test, Contingency Test) y FUNCIONAL (Unit Test, Functional Test, Integration Test) validarán que el software producido por los SW.Engineers cumple todos los estándares de calidad establecidos y comprometidos por el Grupo Santander.
  • No sólo ejecutas los desarrollos técnicos correspondientes en el SW, si no que siguiendo las indicaciones de los Solution Design, elaboras toda la documentación técnica requerida de acuerdo a las Políticas de Desarrollo del Grupo (modelos lógicos, de datos, diagramas de flujo,  de actividades, plantillas, etc.).
  • Si aplica, gestionará las entregas de SW de Servicios de eLABS o SW Factories que participen de su proyecto, asegurando que las entregas de estos Third Parties cumplen con los estándares de calidad del Grupo Santander así como con las especificaciones funcionales y técnicas requeridas según el servicio contratado.
  • Certificar el software producido responsabilidad suya, ejecutando los ciclos de certificación definidos en la estrategia de testing y la política de desarrollo seguro y de calidad del Grupo Santander.
  • Participar del packaging de sus soluciones para el correcto despliegue del SW en los distintos entornos de trabajo o colabora con los DEVOPS a que este empaquetado y despliegue de SW se ejecute de manera coherente, integral y correcta.
  • Participar de todas las liturgias y seguimientos que establezca el Scrum Master / Project Manager de su Equipo.
  • Junto con el responsable del Chapter-CoEx o Producto Global en que trabaje, identificarás tus necesidades de formación, upskilling o reskilling que requiera para mantener vigentes sus competencias técnicas.
  • Finalmente, aportar tu feedback respecto al desempeño de los profesionales que han participado junto con él en sus Equipos de trabajo.
