We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Architect, implement, and maintain high-performance PostgreSQL databases.
• Database Management: Design, implement, and manage robust PostgreSQL database systems to ensure data accuracy, security, and high availability installations.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the continuous improvement of the platform.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor database performance, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
• Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain data security measures, ensuring compliance with industry.
• Backup and Recovery: Develop and execute reliable backup and recovery strategies to safeguard critical data in PostgresQL databases.
• Database Upgrades: Plan and execute database upgrades and migrations (Oracle to PostgreSQL) while minimizing downtime and ensuring data integrity.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Extensive experience in Database administration.
• Strong expertise in managing PostgreSQL databases, including administration, optimization, and high availability configurations.
• Experience in database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
• Experience implementing high availability systems by setting up either streaming replication or logical replication and decoding.
• Understand automation concepts to speed up the work using Ansible.
• Knowledge in DevOps environments.
• Knowledge in ansible, Github, rundeck…
