Genesys Cloud Senior Engineer – Assisted Channels (ODS)

To be successful in the role you must have:

5+ years of experience in Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage Contact Center projects deployment & execution.

• Functional requirements understanding for technical implementation.
• Channels: Voice, email, chat and third-party messaging integration (Social Media, WhatsApp)

• Applications:
  • Architect (Call flow & interaction routing design)
  • Outbound dialing
  • Self-service (IVR, Voice bot, chat bot)
• Reporting services:
  • Real-time and historical reporting
  • KPI data analytics & reporting development with Genesys A3S
• Workforce Management:
  • Configuration and administration
• Third-party integration:
  • Desktop integrations with GC Embeddable framework.
  • Genesys Cloud API development

Nice to Have

• AWS API development knowledge
• Genesys Cloud Certified Professional
• Genesys Cloud Certified Specialist (architect)
